Second Year with Durable Metal Trellises
posted in Shopping |In the past I have gone through a bunch of wooden trellises and have had to replace many of them from year to year manly because I am just hard on them. Last year my wife talked me into going with metal trellises both in the garden and in our flower beds. I really wasn’t that excited about moving away from the wood ones but gave in and told her I would try them and see how it went. Well, it was a great success last year and I’m using them all again for the garden and beds this season.
In fact, we liked the Fan Trellis II so much in our backyard we bought them to use in our front flowerbeds as well. It’s a great trellis for roses, which are my wife’s favorite and are planted everywhere. The ones from last year were easy to clean and store and the powdercoat covering has maintained their great look. I have a feeling I won’t be going back to wooden trellises in a long, long time.
