There are downs to wearing wholesale polarized sunglasses like it might be difficult to see your cell phone but then again it can be hard to see the little screen if it is just too sunny outside. You might have to take them off to see your computer screen or large screen television.
The best part about wearing sunglasses with polarized lenses is that you will overall be protected from the glare of the sun off the water, the hood of your car or truck or even that long stretch of highway that has a tendency to look like water is laying on it (until you get on top of it and it disappears). Overall the advantages of polarized sunglasses absolutely outweigh the disadvantages or minor inconveniences you might experience while wearing them; especially when you are operating equipment.
